You are extraordinary.

Especially when you unleash your creativity, your desire for change, and the unrealized potential of the people around you.

Creative Problem Solving School was born from our belief that when people create together, they can make things better. Solving problems in a vacuum misses the opportunity to leverage the experiences and skills of the people around you. We call this The Overlap Method™. We teach skills that support taking a different approach to solving problems. Our programs fall into one of four categories: collaboration, critical thinking, communication, and most importantly, creativity.

Learning through community

What makes The Overlap Method™ different? We believe that creative problem solving, and the skills that support it, are best learned by doing in the open. You can read case studies, you can practice in a controlled environment—but the real problem solving that most of us face is messy, unpredictable, and doesn’t go to “plan”. By joining one of our courses, you will be part of an alumni community that wants you to succeed. Whether you’re an individual or part of a team taking training, you will have an opportunity to continue to engage with alumni from dozens of organizations and sectors that are all learning and applying their new skills every day.
